As Lead Coordinator, I oversee the master timeline, vendor communication and key moments throughout the wedding day, keeping the moving pieces connected and the celebration moving as planned. My goal is to give our couples the confidence to step away from the logistics and be fully present for their wedding.

Based in Ottawa, Ontario, we coordinate weddings across the city and its surrounding areas — from heritage venues and city hall to family gardens.

We begin with you. We start with a conversation about your wedding — your venue, vendors, plans and the details that matter most to you. We'll learn what you've already put in place, what still needs attention and whether C&A is the right fit for your celebration.

Your plans become our plans. Ahead of your wedding day, we step into the details you've already planned. We review your vendor information, build and refine your master timeline, confirm key logistics and coordinate with your vendor team so everyone understands the plan before the day arrives.

You celebrate. We coordinate. On your wedding day, we become the point of coordination — overseeing the timeline, vendor arrivals, transitions, key moments and agreed-upon finishing details behind the scenes so you and the people you love can simply be present.
